This is a painting I did at home. I set up all the items you see here. I wanted to add live detail so I added the smoke. I also wanted to putt in a feminine aspect, hence the lace and flowers. This is a good dining room painting!
I was born in Rhode Island, raised in South Carolina, lived in Massachusetts 9 years and Rhode Island 3.5 years, Virginia a year and a half, now we live in Connecticut. We have traveled from the South to the West and even to Alaska. This has given me great opportunity to paint a wide variety of scenes. I have been drawing/painting since childhood. With an Assoc. in Art Degree, learning from art courses, studying from the Master's, reading, and observing people and nature - I am producing pleasurable art. But my gift is first and foremost a gift from God. I work in most mediums, but my favorite because of the fluidity, would be oil.
